Thanks for taking a moment to learn more about me. I’ve led a variety of projects, collaborated closely with many personalities, and delivered exceptional user research insights throughout my career.

I seek continual improvement in my processes, whether it’s a small targeted survey, an efficient design system or a larger research plan. I bring an exceptionally diverse skill set - but my communication is what makes me a great team member. I aim to understand everyones root concerns, delicately remove our biases and simplify complex problems.

A few recent accomplishments:

• Crafted comprehensive persona artifacts that were integral to a new, extremely well received “Guided Exercise” feature tailored for comorbid age ~70 patients. This led to excellent user and company feedback, a raise within one year, and is being scaled per user request.

• Greatly reduced customer support tickets and user frustration by solving critical usability issues within the HealthPrize med tracker. Utilized prior research artifacts with hypothesis & prototype testing.

• Achieved “Top Rated” status as a freelancer on UpWork with a perfect 5.0/5.0 rating.
